Follow Up Visit: If you consulted our services before in a hospital or within our facility and you are required to visit again for a follow up, you could make an appointment. Urgent:If you need to see a doctor urgently because you are not feeling well you could request an urgent appointment.This could be related to internal medicine related, Kidney health related or Hypertension related. Nursing Only:If you need to visit us only for a matter like getting your blood work or lab work done and no need to see a doctor, then you can select a Nursing only appointment. Wellness:If you need to consult to perform a health maintenance exam, please book an appointment of this type. |
